Beauty queen, mother and actor Lara Dutta has donned many hats in the past. In her most recent avatar, she’s pushing for health and well being as a supplement to travel.

You live a really active lifestyle, between work and family, there’s little time to do much else.  How do you manage to stay fit despite your busy schedule?
It really starts with loving yourself and having a positive approach. Whether you do an hour of yoga or sweat it out in the gym, you need to decide on a regimen that works for you and your lifestyle. I would just say- eat well, make sure you get your sleep, have an exercise regimen which is balanced and involves cardio as well as strength training and body conditioning. Above all, just have fun. Your fitness regimen should be fun for you, not a chore. I always keep myself well-hydrated, eat healthy and I find that makes a huge difference, wherever you are.
