nemeWhile it’s known that ‘No Entry Mein Entry’, sequel to the 2005 film will have 10 actresses – including the heroines of the original, Bipasha Basu, Lara Dutta, Esha Deol and Celina Jaitly. What is surprising is that names of Sunny Leone and Elli Avram have also been popping up. While Sunny’s husband Daniel Weber kept mum on the topic stating, “No comment”, Elli who is in Dubai was unreachable.

Director Anees Bazmee revealed, “The casting for the other actresses, barring those in the previous film, will be locked in by next month. I want a few established and a few new faces as since it’s a multi-starrer to get the dates of all the established actors at once will be tough.”

Speaking of schedule, the film has now been pushed to January 2015. It was previously slated to go on floors this June. Anees reasoned, “While most of my films take no longer than 70 days of making, this film will take at least 150, as all the three lead actors (Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan) will be seen in double roles. Besides I haven’t finished Welcome yet. 75 percent of the film is complete but I need more time. Also Salman won’t be able to give me enough time before that. He has Sooraj Barjatya’s film lined up after Kick, where he plays a double role too, so he has two back-to-back double roles.”

Bollywood star and former Ms. Universe Lara Dutta talks about her designing career, happy being a tennis WAG, her daughter Saira and why Deepika Padukone will be a superstar.

When sizzlers Priyanka Chopra and Lara Dutta began their career-winning, Ms World and Ms Universe titles respectively in 2000, little did the latter know that holy domesticity would beckon, while her contemporary would be cutting musical albums. “I feel the younger lot now is savvier, much smarter than us. Though I am sure actresses before us thought the same about us,” smiles Lara dressed in self-designed sari.

Lara likes to push boundaries and experiment with new ideas, maybe that’s why her foray into designing led her to collaborate with Chhabra 555 to launch a range of exclusive saris.

Our director, Sunil Darshanji wanted to capture a scene where Akshay and I are standing near a cliff and beneath a sea tide strikes. To my horror I did not know swimming but fortunately Akshay was aware hence without wasting a second he jumped into the sea to the amazement of the film unit and rescued me.” She continues, ”Later when Akshay revealed to the film unit that I did not know swimming everybody was taken aback.”

lara_ort_2Boney Kapoor has finally broken his silence on No Entry Mein Entry putting a lid on the rumours that the future of the sequel is bleak. There were even whispers of Salman Khan walking out from the project.

When Mirror caught up with the producer at his plush Seven Bungalows office, he said: “The time has come for me to talk on this. I was supposed to shoot the film in June/July this year. But Salman will be busy with Kick till mid-July. So, I will put my film on floors in January 2015. Salman has allotted 134 days to the film.”

“Do I need to further give evidence that the film is indeed happening? Okay, here are a few more details: Bipasha Basu, Lara Dutta and Celina Jaitley are doing the film. We need seven more heroines and I am planning to ask Esha Deol for one of the roles.”

And what about Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan, who were in the first part? “Of course! Both will star in the second part,” he was emphatic.

Anees Bazmee, who directed No Entry, will helm the sequel as well and Mirror has it that Salman, Anil and Fardeen will be seen in triple roles. While Salman and Fardeen will have a lookalike son each, Anil will have a twin brother.
